Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms had a bad smell at first, but the second room was much better. They were clean and spacious, although on the smaller side. The service was a bit hit or miss - some staff were very friendly and helpful, but others seemed unattentive. The location was fantastic, right in a nice neighborhood in Sao Paulo with plenty of dining and shopping options. The breakfast served was varied and fresh, though there were some noise issues early in the morning. The facilities were decent, but nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although somewhat small, were very clean and had all the essentials we needed. The Wi-Fi surprisingly worked well during our stay. However, the hotel is quite small and some of the pillows were uncomfortable. The front desk service was a bit lacking.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well appointed with nice furniture but seemed a bit old, which was different from the information on the Booking website. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the front desk staff didn’t always speak English as you might expect from a hotel.
The hotel is located in a very nice part of São Paulo, near shopping centers, bars, and restaurants. The rooms, although a bit tight for three people, were always kept clean. The front desk staff had some language issues, which was unexpected in a hotel.
The hotel is superbly located in the heart of São Paulo near excellent shopping options, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with ample storage, well-appointed, and consistently clean. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast spread is diverse and delightful. However, street noise can be heard with the window open.
The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood in São Paulo, close to shopping centers and a variety of restaurants and bars. The rooms were somewhat small but very clean and had essential amenities. The service was mostly friendly, but there were some noise issues in the corridors. The dining experience was exceptional offering a rich and diverse menu. The facilities were well-kept, and the overall value for money was good.
The hotel is in a perfect location, in a vibrant neighborhood in the heart of São Paulo with easy access to shopping areas and a variety of dining options. The rooms are small but clean and cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. The service is generally friendly and attentive, although not always fluent in English. The dining experience offers a decent breakfast spread but could improve in the coffee department. Overall, a great value for those seeking a central spot to explore the city.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were really nice, clean, and cozy, just what we expected for a triple room, even though a bit tight for three people. The service was quite helpful and mostly friendly, which made our stay very pleasant. The location couldn't be better in the very nice neighborhood of São Paulo, near shopping centers and full of bars and restaurants. The dining experience was fair with a variety of fresh fruit every morning, though the coffee could have been better. Overall, a great value for money stay!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was not initially comfortable with a bad smell, but the second room with a balcony was better. The location was fantastic in a nice neighborhood close to various attractions; however, noise from the street could be heard with the window open.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood in the city of Sao Paulo, close to major shopping centers, a vibrant street full of bars and restaurants, and even a new metro station nearby. The rooms were a bit small but incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The service was excellent overall, although there was some noise in the corridors in the morning. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making my stay very convenient and enjoyable.
